At the 2025 China Heat Pump Industry Annual Conference,Jiangsu TENESUN Electrical Appliance Co.,Ltd has been honored the "National Inspection and Certification: Mohe Certification" issued by the China Heat Pump Industry Association.

This certification is based on the rigorous testing results of the National Environmental and Energy Inspection Mohe Extreme Cold Field Demonstration Base and is the industry's authoritative recognition of the reliable performance of TENESUN products in extreme low temperature environments.

Mohe Demonstration: Reliable Operation in Extremely Cold Environments
It can reach as low as -53°C in Mohe, with ice cover lasting nearly half a year, placing a severe test on the stability and energy efficiency of heating facility. Traditional heating patterns are faced with air source limitations, pollution and efficiency issues, making the performance of air-source heat pumps in extreme cold conditions crucial for their widespread adoption.
TENESUN completed a comprehensive four-month (December 2024-March 2025) testing of its Class++++ ONE energy-efficiency product,SMART PLUS, at the Mohe Extremely Cold Field Trial Base. The test has been covered key points such as low-temperature start-up and shutdown, frosting and defrosting, continuous performance, energy efficiency, noise, part-load performance and failure rate.

Test results demonstrate the reliable operation of this series of units in extreme environments.
Stable Heating: In a test environment of -40°C in Mohe during winter, the facilities has been maintained operation with a return water temperature of 47.5°C and an indoor temperature above 26°C, resulting in a temperature differential exceeding 80°C.
Effective Defrosting: Its patented intelligent defrost system achieved zero frost during a December trial run, ensuring continuous heating in low temperatures.

Energy Efficiency Improvement: In a 24-hour continuous operation test at a -28°C ambient temperature, a 41°C outlet water temperature, and a flow rate of 2.4 m³/h, the measured average COP was 2.49, over 6% higher than the product's nominal low-temperature heating coefficient of performance (-20°C operating conditions). These performances are achieved depended on the support of a number of core technologies: high-efficiency heat exchange technology that uses an advanced heat exchanger with a three-row high-density fin heat exchanger design, a patented intelligent defrost system that can accurately identify frost conditions and quickly defrost, and a well-known brand of low-temperature exclusive EVI compressor with an economizer design, which together ensure the unit's strong power and efficient and stable operation in extremely cold environments.
